Jem & the Holograms: Week 4 Matchup
I’m playing a good team this week. The Durham Bulls got some computer generated award after our draft for having the best team. Here are some of my thoughts on what is going to happen.
I think Green Bay is going to have a good week. Sure, KC has taken over the nickname of the “worst team in the league” from Denver, but they still aren’t doing that great. Plus, the game is...

Social Responsibility clause & why I forgive Mike...
This week, Jem & the Holograms is matched-up with Angry Monkeys in the office league. Angry Monkeys has a player on their team that I had looked at pre-draft but he was eliminated due to my social responsibility clause.
I will not draft no-goods to my fantasy football list. I will not draft criminals who have not seemed to “get the message” from the justice system. Example:...

I am a chatty person. I have a lot to say and there isn’t always someone around to hear it. After much encouraging from the people who get to hear from me more than they would like - I figured this would be an easy place to get some of that information out. I’m a natural observer. I do like to sit back and watch, try and see if I can “figure out” what is going on and what...

Nebraska's Election results - Omaha.com →
I am still reeling over the overall statewide results. There are a few races that just surprised me. Ones that were closer than I thought they were going to be or really ended upside down. Let there be hope.

“What a Relief” 11-4-08
Today will be the last day for the 2008 Political campaign, and we can all resume some sort of normalcy in our lives, and particularly in our conversations-that is the ones with whom we disagree. It would be very interesting to catalogue all of the misstatements of facts, or as commonly called-lies, that have been issued by the campaigns, and also the political promises...
Obama Elected President as Racial Barrier Falls... →
The New York Times says the election amounted to “a national catharsis—a repudiation of a historically unpopular Republican president and his economic and foreign policies, and an embrace of Mr. Obama’s call for a change in the direction and the tone of the country.”

We are fortunate in Nebraska to not have to battle with election fraud and technical problems that seem to plague other places. Dave Shively has ben great for all political parties to work with on elections. I’m anxiously awaiting to see Lancaster County’s final turnout numbers!!
